Neuedu and Namyue Group have entered into a cooperation framework agreement for the Nansha project

22 May 2023, Dalian - LIU Jiren, the founder of Neusoft Education Technology Group Co. Limited ("Neuedu" or the "Group"), received a delegation led by ZHOU Xingting, chairman of Guangdong Namyue Group, and attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement for the Nansha project. PENG Jun, general manager assistant of Namyue Group, chairman of Nam Fong Holdings, Feng Man, minister of the investment department of Nam Fong Holdings, accompanied the visit. WEN Tao, executive director, CEO, and president of Neuedu, LI Zhaohui, chairman of Liao Ning Chamber of Commerce Guang Dong, WANG Weikun, senior vice president of Neuedu, GUO Quan, president of Dalian Neusoft University of Information (“DNUI”) and LI Nan, director of the general administrative department of the Group, accompanied the reception.

The guests visited DNUI, Neuedu Dalian Hekou Software Park, and Dalian Ruikang Cardiovascular Hospital to gain a deeper understanding of Neuedu's fruitful achievements in education technology and digital talent education services, intelligent vehicle interconnection, and the medical and health industry.

Subsequently, both parties held a discussion and jointly witnessed the signing ceremony of the framework agreement for the cooperation of the Nansha Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Digital Entrepreneurship Park and Education Training Base project.

ZHOU stated that Nansha plays a pivotal role in the development of GBA, thanks to its strategic location, forward-thinking planning and strong policy support. Namyue Group, together with Henry Fok Ying Tung Group, is building a world-facing base for information technology, education and culture, as well as health industry in Nansha District, which highly conforms to Neuedu's global development strategy and industrial strengths. ZHOU also expressed that both parties have a solid cooperation foundation and share common interests, and he sincerely welcomes Neuedu to join the Nansha project.

LIU stated that Neuedu firmly supports the construction of GBA and is optimistic about the development prospects of Nansha. Neuedu is willing to leverage its own advantages to work together with Namyue Group and Henry Fok Ying Tung Group. The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Digital Entrepreneurship Park and Education Training Base project is an important part of the Nansha Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park project. It is committed to building an important platform for the training of digital technology talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region, an important position for scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, and an important carrier for enterprise incubation. The project focuses on the entrepreneurship and employment of young people in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, empowers the Nansha Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, supports the high-quality development of Nansha, and provides support for deepening Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation.
