On June 30, Dalian High Tech Zone held a grand press conference of "starting from a new starting point" 2022 cooperation results between Dalian High Tech Zone and Neusoft emerging industries. Chen Shaowang, deputy secretary and mayor of Dalian municipal Party committee, Luo Dongsheng, member of the Standing Committee of Dalian municipal Party committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the high tech Zone, as well as leaders of relevant committees and offices of Dalian, leaders of the Management Committee of the High Tech Zone and heads of relevant departments attended the event， Liu Jiren, chairman of Neusoft group and Neusoft education and technology group, Wen Tao, executive director, CEO and President of Neusoft education and technology group, as well as guests such as Liaoning chamber of Commerce, representatives of the world's top 500 and key enterprises in the High Tech Zone, and well-known entrepreneurs in the IT field attended the event.

The above two products are developed by Neusoft education and technology group and Dalian Neusoft University of Information, which jointly build the "Neusoft education and technology Metaverse Research Institute". The establishment of Neusoft education science and technology Metaverse Research Institute is an important measure for Neusoft Education to comply with the new trend of digital economy development and build a new development pattern of enterprises. The Institute will focus on the field of digital intelligence life and health education, innovatively apply Metaverse elements based on real CT and MRI data, and comprehensively use emerging technologies such as 3D modeling, web XR, intelligent interaction, big data, and hybrid cloud to develop China's leading Metaverse education products and platforms in the field of health care. During the event, Dalian High Tech Zone and Neuedu signed a framework agreement of cooperation intention. Among them, Dalian High Tech Zone and Neusoft education and Technology Group will focus on the frontier field of Metaverse, implement the research and development and talent training of education and technology Metaverse, and jointly create a production, University and research ecosystem for digital technology development.

This press conference is the fifth event in the series of "Together with High Tech Zone with Innovation future" activities of the High Tech Zone. The event reviewed the cooperation process of the  High Tech Zone and Neusoft in the past 20 years.
